than just a daily workout.
Over the last 13 years in the fitness industry, Coach Marty has had the luxury of helping thousands of people become a better version of themselves through health and fitness. Through his personal training experience working one on one with clients as well as coaching in a group setting in his nine-year career as a CrossFit Gym Owner, he knows what fitness program works and which doesn’t.
But there was still an issue. Some people don’t have the luxury to go to a gym, they don’t have time to go to the gym, or they would just prefer to workout at home, but it's hard to know what to do, when to do it, how to do it correctly, and sometimes it's just hard to motivate yourself to workout on your own.
So that's where Garage Movement was born.
